Beds 'R' Us

1. General provisions

Any delivery of goods and services by the Seller (Bedsrus.eu) shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein, to the extent that no other agreements have been explicitly made.

2. Contract conditions

The contract between the Seller and the Client can be considered final as soon as the Seller sends an “order confirmation” form  by e-mail in response to the request from the Buyer.

3. Payment

The due amount shall be paid, in full before dispatch of the good:

a) by bank transfer on the  account  indicated at the end of the checkout process, after you confirm the order;

b) by PayPal;

c) by credit card.

4. Modification, cancellation and supplement (or additions) to the order

Bedsrus.eu reserves the right to evaluate any request for change and/or cancellation and/or addition of products to the orders,   on condition that those requests were done before the products shipment. The agreement to these requests by Bedsrus.eu implies that the Client would be charged for the eventual extra expenses, in case the production of the ordered items has already started.

5. Orders suspension

Bedsrus.eu reserves the right to suspend the order, whenever, for any reason, the Client would turn out to be incapable of fulfilling his obligations.

6. Terms and modality of delivery.

The delivery to a Country belonging to the European Union is free of charge. The cost for delivery outside the European Union varies based on the destination country and the delivered product. The Client will be charged with any custom duty.

At the time of the shipment the Client will receive an email with the purchase invoice, the tracking number and courier’s detail. This will allow the Client to easily program the delivery. Our couriers will take care of bringing the product to the Client's home.

7. Client Warranty

Bedsrus.eu guarantees products conformity to what agreed in the Order confirmation, or to what has been requested by the Client sending the Order.

The warranty shall not be valid if:

1) The presence of the claimed defect has not been examinated and confirmed in written by Bedsrus.eu

2) The Client is responsible of the defect;

3) The Client has already used the sold Items and attempted and/or executed a repair of the defect without a previous in written approval by the Seller.

4) The Client has not followed the instructions present in the technical documentation relative to the Products, or he has done something not compatible with the correct use of the Items, or he hasn’t paid in the fixed terms.

8. Claims

Any claim has to be made within 5 days from the delivery of the Products, by email at the following address: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , describing in details the reasons for complain and including a copy of the invoice.  After this period Bedsrus.eu reserves to right not to replace the aforementioned Products. Whenever the claim results to be unfounded, the Client will have to reimburse all the expenses due to ascertain the presumed defect.

9. Withdrawal

In the online shopping and in all other distance contracts is provided a right of withdrawal for consumers. The consumer may revoke the order within ten working days from delivery of goods (which, according to the State, up to 14 days). If the consumer was not informed by the vendor about the possibility of exercising this right, the deadline is extended to three months after delivery.

Within ten days, the consumer may cancel the contract without explanation and without the payment of penalties. The withdrawal must be communicated to the supplier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

If the withdrawal is communicated to the vendor by fax, it must be confirmed within 48 hours after sending the fax, with the letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

The return of the goods does not automatically lead to a valid right of termination of the contract. The costs for delivery of the goods must be paid by the consumer.

The seller must, finally, return the price paid by the consumer within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation. The right of withdrawal is excluded by statute in the case that the purchased products are created specifically or personally to the consumer (e.g.: oversized mattresses, oversized bed bases, customized mattresses, etc....)

Note: The distance selling and therefore the right of withdrawal applies only to contracts between a private and a commercial operator. Any other case is not subject to the rules provided for the distance selling.

10. Limited responsibility

With the exception of cases of fraud or sever fault and hypothesis of binding responsibility, Bedsrus.eu shall not take any responsibility for any no fulfilment of the present terms and conditions of sale, or more in general, of the products’ sale. Bedsrus.eu shall not be considered responsible in any case, for no fulfilment, direct and/or indirect damaged due,  in whole or in part, to the usage of the sold Product, to delays in the delivery, or to consequent drop in the production. The client expressly relieves Bedsrus.eu of all the responsabilities concerning actions and/or omissions and/or non fulfilments caused by a third party and/ or having reference to the usage of the product.

11. Privacy safeguards

Use of personal data is limited to the completion of all the activities necessary to the finalization, management and execution of the contracts. Processing of the data will follow modalities and procedures strictly needed to supply the client with all the Products and informations required, and it will be carried out with electronic and automate means as fax, telephone, email, or other means for distant communications. Personal data may be transferred to companies associated to us, as the company possibly in charge of the delivery. Data will not be diffused.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The court of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the terms and conditions mentioned above.
